Destination & International

For the wedding that means a flight, not just a drive.

This is the default for anything three-plus hours away or abroad - Scotland, Europe, further. £3,500 is where it starts; the final number depends on where and how long, and travel plus multi-day coverage are built in from the outset rather than added on.

An example, not a rule

Confetti, cocktail hour, family formals

17:30

18:00

Wedding breakfast

Every wedding gets its own timeline built with me once you have booked. This is a shape, not a schedule.

What you get

Included in every collection

The full gallery

Delivered through Pic-Time, full resolution and downloadable, yours to keep and share. Edited as a narrative rather than dumped as a folder of near-identical frames.

Frames shot on film

A selection of your day shot on actual film alongside the digital. Analogue texture and warmth that digital cannot replicate. Not an add-on and not an upsell, it is simply part of how I work.

The planning, not just the day

A proper conversation before you book, a timeline built together, and someone at the end of an email in the months between. The day itself is the last part of the job, not the whole of it.

Travel across the UK, Europe and further afield

Included. Based in the North East, shooting right across Northumberland, Yorkshire and Cumbria, and travelling further whenever the day calls for it.

The way I shoot

Every day gets divided three ways.

20

Safe

The anchors. Family groups, the hug after the aisle, the traditions that matter to your people. Calm hands, quiet voice, nothing missed.

60

Real

The heart of it, as it unfolds. Light on skin, layered rooms, gestures that say more than the speeches did. Told the way it happened.

20

Bold

Where instinct takes over. Following the light, leaning into movement, slipping outside after dark. The frames you come back to.

Every destination wedding is priced individually once I know where and how long — this page describes the baseline, not a fixed package.

Common questions

Destinations
What does a destination wedding cost?

From £3,500, covering everything in The Epilogue as a baseline plus travel. The exact figure depends on where you’re getting married and how many days it runs – tell me the details and I’ll put a real number together.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere. Scotland, Europe, further – if it involves a flight rather than a drive, this is the collection it falls under.

Do you charge extra for multiple days?

Multi-day coverage is priced into the number I send you, not added on afterwards as a surprise. Website price reflects single-day cover with travel and accommodation in Europe. Custom quotes can be built for multi-day celebrations and weddings further from the UK.

How do we secure our date?

A twenty per cent deposit and a signed contract. After that the date is yours and you can go back to enjoying being engaged.
